Jemma’s favourite colour is brown - because of how it is often under-appreciated , overlooked yet natural and neutral.
Brown is the colour of the earth, soft yet firm. Brown is the colour of vintage furniture and supple leather. It can be a cream or a shade dark as night. A soft touch in art draws the eye and ties the work together without being over intrusive or dominant.
I’ve come to love the colour brown for the same reasons I adore Jemma and her many quirks and qualities.
